Disclaimer – I am not a licensed professional

Hey guys I just wanted to put this little disclaimer page on here. In no way, shape or form am I a professional. I started this blog with the intent to share MY personal experiences with mental illness. Realistically, I just want to share with all the ways that I use to cope, feel comfortable in my own body and mind,  in hopes that just maybe it can help someone else.

I have no prior education on the matter, and you should use my methods to your own discretion. What works for some, doesn’t work for others. My goal is  that my posts can in some way highlight the issues and the resolutions I’ve deducted while at the same time being beneficial to others.

With all that being said, keep in mind I’m just a regular girl going through a rollercoaster of problems, but I want to use it to my advantage and try and help in anyway that I can.

Lets keep riding the wave together~~~
